Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received by 30 September 2013, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. A deduction of EUR 25 administrative fee will be made to cover the cost of processing.
• Cancellations received between 1 October 2013 and 1 November 2013 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee, with a deduction of EUR 25 administrative fee.
• No refunds will be available for cancellations made after 1 November 2013 or for no shows.
• All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement  team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
